Bill Judge is a founder of Bill Judge and Associates. With more than a dozen years in the insurance and financial planning industry, Bill decided he no longer wanted to represent a single insurer, but wanted to provide his customers with a wide range of financial and insurance products from a variety of companies.

He created a company that provides current and future retirees the information they need to make the decisions that will help preserve their wealth and provide for family members.

William S. Fralin, JD, PC

Working with the investment advisors at Bill Judge and Associates, Bill Fralin provides the legal expertise to help clients with effective estate and disability planning.

A former trust officer with First American and First Union Banks, he was responsible for over a hundred personal trusts with total assets exceeding $40 million. For the past half-decade, Bill Fralin has focused his practice on helping his clients take the necessary legal steps to protect their assets in the event of death or disability.

A graduate of University of Virginia, Bill received his law degree from the University of Baltimore. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Washington DC and Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the Trusts and Estate Sections of the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax County Bar Association (1995-96 Co-chair).
